Spicy Satay Sauce

- 5 tbsp peanut butter
- 60 mL water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 20 grams brown sugar
- 250 mL coconut milk
- 2 tsp Crunchy Spice
Instructions
- Mix peanut butter and water over medium heat until mixed together well.
- Add soy sauce and brown sugar, mix well.
- Whisk in coconut milk and Crunchy Spice
- Stir until desired thickness.
- Serve with chicken or tofu skewers
