Spicy Satay Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 5 tbsp peanut butter
  • 60 mL water
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 20 grams brown sugar
  • 250 mL coconut milk
  • 2 tsp Crunchy Spice

Instructions
 

  • Mix peanut butter and water over medium heat until mixed together well.
  • Add soy sauce and brown sugar, mix well.
  • Whisk in coconut milk and Crunchy Spice
  • Stir until desired thickness.
  • Serve with chicken or tofu skewers
