Shipments in The Netherlands

I aim to ship and deliver your order within 2-5 business days after receiving your payment. Shipping costs within the Netherlands are 4.99 euros, free for orders over 50 euros. If you live in Schiedam you may pick-up your order or I will deliver it free of charge. Please include details in the order notes.

International shippping

If you would like to order outside of the Netherlands please get in touch! You can send your requests to eat@realgoodfood.nl so I can find the right shipment method for you.

Returns and Exchange

Return online purchases within 30 days after buying with the original receipt. It is not possible to return sale items unless the item is defective or damaged. If you want to return an item please send a email first to eat@realgoodfood.nl. The shipping costs and risks for returning are the responsibility of the buyer. You can always return items for free in person. The products you want to return must be in unused and undamaged condition, including all packaging. Wrap your products well before sending. If there is a problem with your delivery please email me eat@realgoodfood.nl and include photos so we can work out the best way to correct this and ensure no problems in the future.
