Thai Feast

I was talking with a friend that I never do beef in my menus, so I thought what better way than a delicous warming Massaman curry to warm up our winter. Let me know, should I do more beef? 

Share the soup as a starter or enjoy everything family style.

Tom Yum

The most famous Thai soup, this is sour and spicy with a fresh broth. Lemongrass, galangal and kaffir lime give a refreshing contrast to the chili and lime.

To reheat: 

  • Microwave for 1 minute or until hot (packaging can go in the microwave)
  • Heat in a small saucepan over medium heat until hot

Cucumber Salad

Lightly pickled cucumber salad, perfect against the richness of the curry, with chili, peanuts, red onion and coriander.

Larb

A vegan larb, speckled with chili and packed with herbs and onion. Add the thai chili if you like it extra spicy.

Massaman Curry (beef or vegetarian)

A mix between traditional Thai flavours and those introduced by Arabic and Indian travellers hundreds of years ago, massaman is a mix of lemongrass, galangal and coconut, but also a rich spice base of mace, cumin, coriander, cloves. 

– Microwave on ‘reheat’ setting, or in 1-minute bursts mixing to ensure it heats evenly. Packaging is microwave safe.

– Heat in saucepan over medium heat, with a lid on to retain moisture. Mix gently.
