A mix between traditional Thai flavours and those introduced by Arabic and Indian travellers hundreds of years ago, massaman is a mix of lemongrass, galangal and coconut, but also a rich spice base of mace, cumin, coriander, cloves.
– Microwave on ‘reheat’ setting, or in 1-minute bursts mixing to ensure it heats evenly. Packaging is microwave safe.
– Heat in saucepan over medium heat, with a lid on to retain moisture. Mix gently.
