I love to dip the falafel in tahini sauce and enjoy with tangy crunchy pickles.

Shallow fry falafel until golden and crispy.

Sesame Griddled Flatbread

A rich dough with egg, yoghurt, and milk, these flatbread stay moist and moorish, perfect for making a wrap or dipping.

Enjoy at room temperature or if you prefer warm:

  • Wrap in foil and heat in 180deg oven for 10 minutes
  • Microwave in 30 sec bursts until warm
  • Quickly flip on a hot frying pan until hot but not crispy


A traditional salad with a sharp lemon and sumac dressing, and topped with crisp pita.

Classic hummus sprinkled with dukkah

Vegetarian - Slow Roasted Cauliflower

With pomegranate molasses and homemade dukkah.

Reheat in a hot 200deg oven for 20 minutes, drizzle over pomegranate molasses.

Meat - Chicken Kebab

Marinated with yoghurt, lemon, cinnamon, and all spice. Delicious in a wrap with some fattoush and dips.

Reheat wrapped in foil in a hot 200deg oven for 20 minutes or until hot.
