Peking Duck Feast

The fun of a peking duck feast without a duck face staring at you 😁 Add a couple of slices of duck to a mandarin pancake, top with fresh and pickled garnishes, and try with homemade plum and hoisin sauces. Not all toppings need to go on every pancake, you can mix and match as you like. Extra dishes complete the feast!
